Ryan founded CES in 2015 to provide small businesses better options in the marketplace and full transparency. In addition, Ryan noticed that small businesses are constantly being overlooked, and knew it didn’t have to be that way. The goal was to bring the pricing and customer service that large employers receive to the small business market.

After Graduating from The Ohio State University in 2006, Ryan spent 7 years working for one of the nations leading PEO’s. Through this experience, Ryan realized there is a place in the market for the ASO model and founded CES.

Ryan currently resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife Tristin, and two daughters Morgan and Devin. When not at the office, Ryan is an avid boater and enjoys any time he can spend on the water with friends and family.
