Our Story

CES was founded at the beginning of 2015 to provide the best options and customer service in the industry. Ryan Rausch had been in the PEO industry since 2008 and realized most clients were put into a one size fits all solution with no transparency, he knew there was better way.

CES prides itself on helping small businesses all over the country improve their overall HR program, as well as building a better employee experience. We truly believe that employees are the single most important part of any small business.

In 2022 CES expanded its physical footprint by opening its first satellite office in Cincinnati Ohio. This allows us to further our reach to the Indiana and Kentucky markets and the small businesses serving those communities.
