Kate Carey is our Finance Director and oversees the Payroll and Tax Departments.  Kate has been in Accounting/Finance for 15+ years and before joining CES in April of 2017, she worked most recently at IGS Energy on their Financial Forecasting team.  She attended THE Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.  While most find the Accounting and Payroll world less than exciting, Kate finds passion in all things numbers, especially as they relate to ensuring employees are paid and CES’ growth trajectory stays on track.

Kate has two children whom she adores; Olivia (6) and Grant (4)—and yes, she is married to Sean, who is the Sales Director at CES. She grew up on a farm in Northwest Ohio and enjoys the big city life just as much as she loves the small-town country quiet.  Kate calls Upper Arlington home, and when not working, you can find her at a park with her kids or cheering on any Ohio team.
