Beth Kline is our Client Experience Manager and manages the HR department.  Beth has been in HR for 15+ years and before joining CES in May of 2022, she worked in the IT and Accounts Receivable Management industries.  Beth is passionate about HR and enjoys finding the best solution for both employer and employee. She attended Wright State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.  She holds both the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Beth has two wonderful daughters; Avery, 10, and Mallory, 5, and lives with her boyfriend Shawn, and their dog, Zeus. She grew up on the east side of Cleveland (Go Browns!!) and has lived in the Columbus area since 2006. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family and exploring new places.
